Bach Institute for Human Development (BIHD) is a global vocational institute and research think tank dedicated to shaping the future of the human workforce by producing professionals for roles that AI and robots cannot replace - roles that require deep human empathy and care. Beyond training professionals, BIHD is building the field's evidence engine: generating the world's largest longitudinal record of how care-work training translates into real outcomes, pioneering the Care Quotient (CQ) framework, and publishing a flagship annual index to define the global benchmark and cultivate "the human premium."
Human Economy Forum (HEF)
Human Economy Forum (HEF) is the flagship annual gathering of world leaders, policymakers, employers, researchers, and practitioners shaping the future of work in the age of artificial intelligence. As AI commoditizes cognitive labor, the Forum exists to advance a single, urgent question: how do we recognize, measure, and reward the human capabilities — care, judgment, presence, and connection — that only grow more valuable as machines grow more capable? Each year, it convenes to share evidence, set standards, and turn the rising value of human work into concrete policy and practice — anchored by the BIHD's Care Quotient (CQ) framework and the annual Human Premium Index. More than a conference, the HEF is the place where the world's most pressing conversation about people and machines becomes a shared agenda for building an economy that puts human beings at its center.
