FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NAIROBI, KENYA — Dr. Elijah Bach, CEO of the Bach Institute for Human Development (BIHD), has completed a landmark visit to Nairobi, Kenya, marked by major institutional milestones to expand human-centric professional training across the continent.

During the visit, BIHD formally established its African regional headquarters in Nairobi by signing a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Strathmore University. Under this partnership, Strathmore will offer BIHD’s globally recognized courses to its student body and the general public. Operating from this new regional hub in Nairobi, BIHD will coordinate its broader continental efforts and liaise directly with partner institutions, governments, and stakeholders across Africa to elevate care as a vital, certified profession in the age of artificial intelligence.

In addition to launching the regional hub, Dr. Bach advanced vital public sector partnerships with Kenyan government by meeting with leadership from the Kenya State Department of Child Services and the Kenya School of Government. These discussions advance a formal partnership to integrate BIHD’s professional certificate programs into training pathways for relevant public sector employees across Kenya.
