Bach Institute for Parent Education and Policy (BIPEP) is the world's first international research institute and think tank dedicated to empowering parents and caregivers globally. We aim to bridge the gap between schools and homes by training licensed Parent Counselors and developing comprehensive parent education curricula. With partnerships with researchers from leading institutions like Harvard, Oxford, UNICEF, and WHO, BIPEP is transforming education and family dynamics worldwide.

Our Program
We offer two levels of certification: a Certificate in Parent Education and a Master’s in Parent Education and Policy. These programs train professionals to bridge the gap between schools and homes, providing hands-on support and fostering community engagement.
