BIPEP's Parent Counselor Certificate is a 6-month, fully online, graduate-level program designed to train professionals as Licensed Parent Counselors who empower parents to engage effectively with their children (ages 0-18) in literacy (including A.I. literacy and financial literacy), numeracy, social/emotional learning, health/hygiene, and parent-teacher communication. Drawing on the foundational principles of world-renowned scholars, such as Carol Dweck’s work on fostering growth mindset, Angela Duckworth’s emphasis on grit, Joyce Epstein's School, Family & Community Partnership, and many others, as well as evidence-based guidelines from the work of UNICEF and the World Health Organization on parenting interventions to promote culturally responsive practices.
The program also features the world’s first AI-avatar simulation—a groundbreaking, interactive live laboratory where students engage in real-time conversations with a trained AI-avatar on diverse parenting scenarios and receive immediate, personalized feedback to build confidence and mastery.
